After the issuing of the Keating-Owen Act, the Revenue Act of 1919 was passed. It was also known as the Child Labor Tax Law. It was an indirect route to abolish child labor. The act used the government's power to give out taxes. It was found out to be unconstitutional though because the power of Congress does not extend to taking the power of the states to regulate trade.
