Effects
The Keating-Owen Act banned the sale of products from places that employed children under 14, any mine that employed children under 16, and from facilities that had children under 16 work at night or for more than 8 hourse during the day. It was signed into law by Woodrow Wilson. The act was followed by the Revenue Act of 1919.
